We set of for Jurien Bay but although we were not planning to stop overnight at Geraldton on the way to Jurien Bay, we did call in there. If you are in Geraldton, make sure you go to the HMAS Sydney II Memorial. It is quite an experience and the views are fantastic.

Jurien Bay and the Pinnacles
We had two objectives for staying at Jurien Bay. The first was to catch up with Jen Steadman and the second was to see “The Pinnacles”. We managed to do both. Even though the weather was terrible and we were not allowed to do the full drive through the Park, we enjoyed our stay and our visit to the Pinnacles Desert.
